Verma Eye Care

Incredibly friendly and professional. A little bummed they actually advised me to buy my specs from lenscrafters instead of the the in-house (but not affiliated) Costco glasses shop. Then again, at least you know they're not giving preference Also didn't give me IPD measurements for ordering.

Dr. Verma and her staff are so kind and professional. Dr. Verma explained everything clearly and gave practical advice as well. Everyone working there seemed genuinely passionate about what they do and that comes through in their care!

I'm so excited to find an eye care place where 1) I get examined by a doctor IN-PERSON who is 2) knowledgeable, thorough, and delivers great customer service, 3) she doesn't tell you need a prescription just to get you to buy more glasses, and 4) is just a really lovely person. I HIGHLY recommend her. I think you don't have to have a Costco membership to go here so GO! You do need a Costco membership to get the frames and eye glasses. But if you need glasses, the value of a Costco membership will be recouped with one purchase of glasses and then you'll still have savings. PLUS I found out Costco now always has a deal of buy one frame and get $50 off the 2nd pair. And considering that they actually have frames for $50 that means 2 for the price of one! Not the lenses or other stuff are included, but those things are still a boatload cheaper! Plus I love the service people at the glasses counter. Anthony is awesome! I had a pair of sunglasses break and when I went back to see if they could repair it 2 months after I bought them, he just replaced them on the spot with an entirely new frames. Go to Dr. Verma, join Costco, and save on everything!

100% recommend! I've never had such a great experience at an eye doctor before. Dr. Verma was patient, thorough, and personable. She ended up suggesting that I make a change with my contacts (so that I could focus & see better), and what she recommended ended up being less expensive than what I was previously using. Scheduling was easy enough (required a couple phone calls and then it directed me to schedule online), and there was lots of immediate availability. The website has clear pricing information.

Really great, thorough, and time-conscious appointment process. Laura, the assistant in reception and scheduling was friendly and accommodating. Dr. Verma was intuitive and knowledgeable. She spent time on the important things and was extremely friendly, as well as professional.GREAT experience and HIGHLY recommend!

Greeted by Laura when I went into the office. She was upbeat and helpful. She explained everything and introduced me to Dr Verma. She was so nice and explained everything. She helped ease my anxiety and made the appointment such a pleasant experience. She answered all my questions. I would highly recommend her.

This place is the best in town. From the minute you walk in, you will know you made the right decision. Dr. Verma has all the newest technology and her personality makes you feel at ease. She explains everything thoroughly and answers any questions or concerns you may have with a smile, a true sign that she sincerely cares about her patients. The office location is convenient as it is right inside Costco so you can get your eyes checked and shopping done all in one trip. Give this place a shot, you won't be disappointed!

Well deserved 5 stars. Laura the receptionist was kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Verma was very thorough, clear, and experienced. I went in for contact lens fitting, my eyes were borderline astigmatism and I wasn't aware. Before, I brought the issue up of not getting a clear vision with the contacts with multiple optometrist, but they didn't look into it as thoroughly as Dr. Verma, so I assume my eyes just needed to adjust to the lenses. Dr. Verma actually let me try a variety of contacts to find the best fit for my eyes. I was not use to that, normally they just let me try one kind and I thought I needed to adjust to it. I appreciate her patience, generosity, and care to actually find the best fit of contacts for my eye. Thank you.
