They fit me in when no one else could. Lovely people all around. Receptionists are friendly and helpful as well as being attentive to who you are as a person, not just a patient. Dr was sweet and kind and took time to dispel my numerous anxieties without making me feel like I was annoying. Found beautiful glasses and should get them in the next 2 weeks delivered to my door. Pricing also great. Thank you so much for making the experience really enjoyable! See you next year!

Receptionist is extremely rude. I told her on the phone a week ago that my insurance was updated and she totally dismissed me and was incredibly rude. So instead of asking me what type of insurance she makes an appointment for me then wastes my time by telling me when I get there it's not accepted. When I was checking in she was so very rude. When people that she recognized walked in she was friendly. If this is how they treat "outsiders" (people from other states) then I'm all set with returning back. I don't need to be talked to like I'm nothing.

Came in today to get my eye exam. I have to say one of the staff members Bonnie was extremely rude! I was hoping for better customer service as I wasn't exactly comfortable getting my eyes checked but she made my experience worse. I felt she was giving me attitude and I would not recommend this eye clinic to anyone. Do some research in the area and visit another if you can.

The service is fast and I have never been able to see better.
