I've been coming here for a few years now never had an issue till today..... the dr here is nice he's always been fine never had an issue with him. Now I understand being busy but I've never in my life waited over an hour for an eye appointment NEVER and I would have waited longer had the dr not went ahead and just took me back when I complained. Now the guy who gets the glasses he's always been nice never have had any issue with him nice guy same as the dr nice guy but his office lady is very rude.... Rude on the phone...... rude in the office when I was explaining to her that I could no longer wait because I had to be on the other side of town to get my child at a specific time. The dr here definitely needs to talk to this lady or hire someone else because the rudeness of this lady is uncalled for.
