Wow this place is awesome!!! The wonderful people and the Dr. are amazing!!! I picked out some new sunglasses! It is warm and welcoming and I seen a nespresso machine but I was too shy to try some even though I wanted to. It was for everyone ! Everyone was helpful and I thought very highly of them . The Very best customer service ever! I have been using Fortney for many years for both eye exams and glasses. The Livonia MI location is my favorite because there is one particular Employee that works there she always very nice gives 100 percent of her attention to detail because she actually cares about the customer. This woman is very knowledgeable with many years of experience and I strongly suggest that the new owner recognize her or her many years of devotion to this company and her compassion for the customer.
