House of Optical

I've been going to House of Optical for many years, and I wouldn't trust my eyes anywhere else. They handle both my contact lens and glasses exams, and the doctors are always thorough and professional. The selection of frames is excellent, with plenty of styles to choose from whether you want something classic or more modern. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and they always take the time to answer my questions and help me find the right fit. The front desk team is the best part, they're always welcoming, organized, and incredibly helpful with scheduling and insurance. Highly recommended!

I won't go to another optical establishment because I found THE place. House of optical always has appointments and they have late hours and open on weekends. They have more than one doctor. The staff is so incredibly helpful whether you're looking for glasses and trying to pick out the best pair for your face. They also are very attentive and extremely helpful when you need to figure out how to use your insurance. They will work out many different ways on how to get the most for your money. They will work with rebates for contacts and getting you the best deal possible. Best place for eyeglasses and for contacts. There is no hard sell if you want to have your eye appointment here and buy your contacts they will print out your prescription for you. I can't recommend this place enough.

We had a fantastic experience at House Of Optical in Clawson this morning! Janice was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. She made everything easy and enjoyable and answered all our questions with patience and expertise. Service like that is why we'll always come back. Highly recommend!

I just love house of optical. Their staff is so friendly and helpful. From the front desk Lexy and Kaitlyn to the help with glasses with Janice, Diane, Meg, Pricilla and Sara were so very helpful. I will definitely come back. Thank you all so very much for the help and excellent service!

It's over 10 years since I discovered House of Optical and can attest hands-down the customer service experience continues to put a smile on my face :). Everyone there is on the same page -- creating a welcoming and professional setting that customers can depend on time and time again. Oh, and having your name called out as you enter the building is a nice touch. Love these people!

I decided to try contact lenses for the first time and so far my experience has been wonderful. Dr. Feldman made the exam process very comfortable and Beth was absolutely fantastic in my one on one contact class. She is friendly, extremely patient, and very knowledgeable. She makes sure you are comfortable applying and removing your contact lenses before sending you home with your trial lenses. I appreciate the trial period to make sure you are happy wearing contacts before you commit to a prescription. I highly recommend House of Optical for your vision needs.

The Doctors at House of Optical are fantastic! The staff is friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Diane was super helpful informative in helping me pick out glasses and everyone was extremely kind. Definitely recommend!
