Dr. Bronson is the best!! Love this place but I don't work near Coopersville anymore.....Very nice place. Very Nice People. You will get the utmost in eye care here!

I had a difficult time because my lenses were made wrong, the frames didn't fit. The doctor didn't see that my old lenses had prism. The communication was terrible. I feel bad because I have been going there for 30 years but I had a lot of trouble that they didn't want to make right.

I always feel like they listen to my needs and try hard to figure out solutions for my vision needs.

Everyone is so nice and very helpful.

I had a great experience with Kylee and Dr. Aimee when I recently got new glasses. Ky helped me pick them out and I get many compliments on them. Dr. Aimee and Kylee are a GREAT team. I'll be back.

Man I'm really disappointed in the way I was treated today, I came in because it's been a couple weeks and over the phone SHE said that SHE (she knows who she is) orders new styles weekly cool, but a complete attitude the moment I stepped in the door.. So after she quickly adjusted my glasses, I just had a weird uncomfortable vibe.. I was like OK I'm good, so as I was about to get up she goes (with an attitude) so you can look at those styles over there, all I ask is you put them back where you got them from... (like duh) literally any type of question or anything I said she would cut me off or had something snarky to say. So she walks in the back room First off I'm a grown adult and that snarky comment didn't need to be said!! I have been going here for quite sometime and I have never had this type of interaction. I'm very disappointed and I won't be back!!
