I love Harrisville Eye Care! I actually found them when we were camping up at Harrisville State Park. I had an eye issue and needed someone fast. They got me right in. Dr. Ben Dietrich is a fantastic optometrist. In fact, I liked him so much that I now go to him as my eye doctor even though he is 3 1/2 hours away. We just try to schedule a trip to Harrisville State Park every year and I make sure I see him when I go there. Great eye doctor and staff!

5 stars doesn't express the credit that is due. The staff here is amazing and explained things in detail in a way that you can understand. Becky was exceptional, her care and attention to detail are unmatched! Dr. Dietrich is very knowledgeable and understanding. Answered all of my questions. I have had an astigmatism for years and never knew until I went to Dr. Dietrich. My last ophthalmologist just told me to clean my windshield and that was my issue. Thank you to Harrisville Eye & Dr. Dietrich and all of the staff.

I've been a patient at this establishment for almost 9 years. I just got off the phone with one of the receptionists (Paige) and she was phenomenal. She was so kind, informative, and was able to quickly look up my insurance information and answer ALL of my questions! I could tell that she truly cared about helping me. Worst experience of my life. Not only did the doctor mess up my exam he wanted to charge me a second time for his mistakes. He was upset I did not want to purchase glasses through him at a 400% mark up. I am a military veteran and get those covered through my insurance. Then I call in to schedule an eye exam the next year because I have been being seen there since I was a kid and refuses service. It's not fair doctors like this are taking advantage of the elderly and veterans. Zenni OPTICAL online is a much better solution for your glasses at a fraction of the cost.
