Thought this was a nice place even liked the doctor. I have two insurances, eye coverage. When i first went in I said and told two to the receptionist. Showed my cards. Said pick the best and use the other for a second. That day paid the remainder. Pretty simple. Well latter get a bill so go in ask why? They stated they used my health insurance not by my knowledge. I said to the tall receptionist why. " she said you gave the card" yes so you could pull my eye care off it. She wanted to be argumentative and not listen to why I had two insurances not three. I was in for eye check. Seems like the small town feel is more like the big time checks. It might have helped if they talk to the people that pay the bills and customers. Some don't use medications anymore or there is health changes than go right to the big purse and push our rates up. Not the place I want to go to if they don't listen or work with a customer.

As a family we are Praising God for answering our PRAYERS in helping us find Dr. Aris. We would definitely recommend her, because she is extremely detailed, professional, KIND, PATIENT, knowledgeable, good LISTENER, HONEST and she will not try to fix what is not wrong with her patients. As a Doctor she has the people skills that are essential to help those in need. Dr. Aris assessed my daughter's needs according to her prescription and her daily life activities. She asked pertinent questions, included us as parents in the treatment plan! In addition, she recommended MOONLENS for corneal reshaping. We loved how she explained and trained us on how to use them properly. It was definitely God send, because my daughter has been bless by the positive effects of wearing the lenses at night and during the day not wearing her glasses. My daughter is able to see clearly without her glasses, and her prescription has improved. Yay! All the Glory to GOD! Dr. Aris training super exceeded our expectations as health care professionals, because she helped my husband and I identify areas that need attention with our eyes. It is an AMAZING blessing to have Dr. Aris detailed examination skills! The office atmosphere is calm, clean, well organized, NO LOUD INAPPROPRIATE MUSIC, and I appreciate all the vital scientific support eyes information she has posted on her walls. Especially her children's drawings pictures, they are adorable! The receptionist ladies are kind, we are thankful for their soothing voices when they answer the phone, they call back right away, and they are extremely helpful answering our questions. These BIBLE VERSES definitely represent Dr. Aris and the receptionist in her office! Thank you for all you do to help those in need! Ephesians 6:6 6 not with eyeservice, as men-pleasers, but as bondservants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart, Matthew 6:22-23 22 "The eye is the lamp of the body. If your eyes are healthy,your whole body will be full of light. 23 But if your eyes are unhealthy,your whole body will be full of darkness.

Dr. Aris is incredibly nice. She cares about her patients, and they offer that small town friendliness that is so much better than going to some major chain or store. If you want personal service and a staff and doctor that truly cares about your satisfaction, go see Dr. Aris and her staff. Lakeview is extremely lucky to have her.

I got an eye exam here because I was having migraines and a hard time seeing what I needed to during school. The eye doctor told me that my vision was perfect, but my eye-muscles were weak. I was told to do eye exercises to help strengthen them. I went somewhere else and I was told I needed glasses. Now I have them and they help me see because I actually needed them. So thank you because I ended up going going to a better eye care place and getting glasses.

Very happy with the level of care I received. The doctor took the time to explain any question I had and was very understanding about my individual needs. I would recommend Aris Eye Care to anyone.
