First off everyone was very friendly and accommodating. However I spent $700 on my progressive lenses, frames, and sunglasses. And then the day I picked them up, after spending all that money, they couldn't even give me a cleaning cloth or spray to clean them!! I gotta be honest, I spent that much money and they couldn't be bothered to give a little cloth or cleaning spray comes across as really cheap and poor customer service. Yesterday my sons glasses arrived in Howell at the Walmart there, and he's given a bottle of spray and cleansing towel. Spent $48 on his glasses and frames. So the cheaper the purchase, the better the customer service??? Apparently.... Extremely disappointed when I saw that in comparison to what I had to spend.

Went in needing my glasses fixed and to buy a new pair of glasses so I had a second pair. Told the lady I needed to help fixing my glasses and then I bought a kit and the kit didn't work all the screws are either too long or too small. The lady refused to help me fix my glasses and only wanted me to buy another kit which all the screws were to long for. Lady was rude and I refuse to give this place my business. No new glasses and glasses not fixed.

The manager who runs this location is rude, dismissive and uninviting. I don't think she's interested in helping anyone or selling glasses. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

STAY AWAY! These people are rude especially the manager and Kristin. They put eye glasses on the rack that is no longer available, then when you pick another pair and pick them up, the pair I really wanted was back on the shelf. They are liars and very rude.
