SVS Vision Optical Centers

I was given the wrong prescription, was told it was fine even though i couldn't see. I schedule a recheck for a week later, a different optometrist confirms that the first one gave me an incorrect prescription, and i am told that they will reorder a new pair in the correct prescription for me. Well, its been a month, i dont have new glasses, and im out like $50 for the pair that isnt my prescription! And this location has been dodging my calls and ignorning voicemails i have left! I have never had such a crap experience at an svs vision, I've been an svs customer since 2010, this is insane.

I dropped my daughter's new frame off to have her script put in on the 4th. I get a text a week later on the 11th at 5:58PM saying her glasses are ready and I can come pick them up. They close at 6:00PM. I go in the next day to get them and no one can find them anywhere.... because her order was put in under someone else's name. Which left THEIR script in my daughters frame instead of her own. So they had to send them back and we have to wait yet again. I told them it's ok, mistakes happen, it could have happened to anyone including myself. They tell me they're going to put a rush on the order for the inconvenience and everything would be fine. The problem is it's now a week later AGAIN, so I call to see the status of her glasses. I get placed on hold twice and hung up on twice. Call back a third time, no one answers. Someone ends up calling back to finally assist me, only to tell me her glasses aren't ready, and once they ship I'll get a text when they're ready for pickup.... It cost me 180$ just to have her script put in the new frame... and THEY PUT IN SOMEONE ELSE'S PRESCRIPTION!!! They didn't offer a discount, no money back, NOTHING. She's been without her glasses for TWO weeks, and all anyone can say is I'll get a text when they're ready for pickup. Smh, ridiculous . UPDATE: Deanna from the store reached out to me about the incident. She was SO supportive about it and apologized for the unfavorable experience multiple times. She ALSO credited 60$ to my account!!! I told her that I would update my review just for her. She told me that wasn't necessary, as long as she knew in her heart that she did right by the matter that was enough for her. I'm still updating it because she deserves it. She went out of her way to make it a better experience for me and would like to do the same for her. Thank you, Deanna!!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this office. I Scheduled an appointment for contacts. The office staff seemed aloof. The doctor smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, which was unprofessional and uncomfortable given your proximity to them during the exam. Was texted to let me know that order came in. Went to pick them up and was given only one contact lens with no care kit. I was glad that I preemptively purchased a contact kit. Scheduled 2nd visit after wearing it, as advised to report that the prescription was incorrect. Was told that a pair of contacts would be reordered. As of Today, 3 visits and $82.00 later I have yet to receive a call or any update. I have 1 blurry contact lens. I would not recommend this office based on my experience.

Showed up to my appointment and told I was called to reschedule as the doctor called off. No call was ever received by me. Never coming back wasting my time and I have to take pto for doctors appointments. Save your time go somewhere else.

I would like to give them 4 stars, but they NEVER answer the phone. I've been calling and leaving voice messages daily for a week and have not reached anyone or received a call back. Other than that, it's a good establishment

Awesome customer service and extremely helpful staff. The Office Mgr. J really earned my business. He made me feel comfortable and didnt rush me in making a selection. I even got my husband a pair, in his absence, which says a lot about the quality of service. I will absolutely be back.

I just left the location and the manager Dana. Mason was very helpful with me and I really appreciate her customer service at this location.
