Awesome low vision support. We saw 2 Opthamologists and 3 Optometrists, and still could not get a good prognosis of my daughter's condition. It turns out she was dealing with conversion insufficiency a rare issue that most doctors would not diagnose at my daughters age of 19..
Doctor Becker was friendly, knowledgeable of lesser known eye conditions and transparent. I am so impressed and will be making Dr. Becker our new eye Doc.

The optometrist's and staff are wonderful, very thorough at explaining everything! Great selection of frames! The only downfall is, I have called here multiple times.. during business hours. And every time I have done so, it goes to Voicemail.. Leave a voicemail and never received call back. That's the one thing that could be improved.

Another excellent experience. I have been impressed with Dr Becker in the past and recomend her highly. Yesterday Dr Wendy looked at an injured eye, and set my mind at ease. I appreciated her complete exam, and felt well cared for again. Plus, from the reception team to the tech who helped me choose my glasses 6 months ago, to Joey who carefully did a pre-exam and took my symptoms, all greeted me, and were great. This practice has solid processes and staff.
