Lakeside Vision

The office staff is very helpful and friendly. I called for an appointment because I was having pain and redness in my eye. I was able to be seen the same day. When I was seen by the doctor I was given a prescription for eye drops and was told to let him know if it didn't get better. I called two days later because the pain increased. I was then told to go to the emergency room if the pain didn't get better. It's been over a week, the pain is still there and I'm afraid if I call they're going to tell me to go to the emergency room. The doctor that was there before was much better, now I have to find another doctor. I won't be going back there. Very disappointed!

This office saved my long weekend on Higgins Lake. Carrie, the lovely receptionist put me at ease. Her kindness and patience with me in a state of shock after realizing I'd forgotten contacts for the weekend ( I am from out of town) was top of the line. I am so grateful for their kindness and even willing to stay open while the power was out for me to come get a pair to last me the weekend. I will highly recommend this office to any friends or family in the area. Thanks again

Great place. Had an emergency and received an appointment immediately! Everyone there was very helpful and the doctor was great. He took care of my husband's painful eye injury and I'm very confident he will be fine.

I am from out of town from North Carolina up here helping my friend install garage doors. So today I had my glasses in my lap and got out of the truck and I stepped on them real good . I stopped down at Lakeside vision , to ask him if they could fix my glasses . Judy said my glasses could not be fixed . So she said , that they had a discontinued pair of frames similar like mine . Judy fix me up with a new frame . Lakeside vision went out of their way to fix me up real fast today thank you so much .

Very knowledgeable staff. The facility is clean and well kept. They have a nice selection of glasses to choose from and were easy to work with. I've been using Lakeside Vision for a few years now and will continue to do so.
