This office is amazing! The whole staff and the doctor are so nice and took their time and answered any questions or concerns I had. I'm 23 and went in for an eye exam and contacts for the first time (I was very anxious) so it was a big adjustment and learning curve and they were so patient with me and made me feel at ease! I never once felt rushed during the exam or contact course! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!

I've been a customer for more than 10 years and they have always been professional, courteous and easy to work with. Let me start out by saying loupes are way over priced. I have had multiple loupes and these are by far the worst ones I have had. I will get one thing fixed and then months later something else breaks. The customer service is terrible. The phones rings and rings then says leave a voicemail but no ever answers the phone. When someone does answer they are rude.

Had to go to another doctor and pay to get reexamined after second time. They did not help me correct the problem, the other doctor said it was the wrong script. I do not recommend this place. They might be nice but I need to see. My glasses were fine, they could care less about getting my contacts right. Not accommodating or fair, wasted my Ins. on 2 wrong scripts.
