Eyes

Ordered replacement glasses for my husband on Dec 10th. Was told a 7-10 days for pickup. Called two more times and they were delayed due to holidays. Called again today January 6th and was informed they never ordered them. Husband has lost his insurance now and we get to pay full price out of pocket because of incompetency. I called twice between December 10th and January 6th and spoke to receptionists and they didnt catch their mess up and now it negatively impacts my husband. We will be finding a new provider for our family of 8 that all wear eyeware.

I just want to say they are the best place to go. I drive 40 miles to go and see Dr. Janelle. She is very kind very nice and always has a smile on her face and same goes for everyone else. They are really awesome there couldn't ask for a better place to go, thank you to all at eyes!!

I would like to commend the eye technician in Standish. She goes above and beyond care for her patients. I had the pleasure of dealing with her for my grandson who is 6 with eye problems. She is explains any question asked and is just a pleasant person to deal with during these trying times

Doctor Janel is amazing! So gentle with kids! Her staff from both offices or very helpful and friendly also! They all go above and beyond
