Eye Care West

Purchased safety glasses from here. Two months later, the nose piece degraded (see photos) through regular daily usage (last photo is of intact nose piece). Staff at Eyecare West knew these frames presented this problem but chose not to mention it at purchase. They were happy to replace the nose piece with a new one of the exact kind that degraded and confirmed that I could expect to bring them in at intervals as the nose pieces failed. Of course had I known these glasses were inferior quality when I was choosing them, never would have bought them to begin with. Draw your own conclusions about my experience

I honestly could not recommend this place more. Dr. Meyer was extremely patient with every question I had and I had a ton! It took us a while to figure out exactly what was wrong with my double vision but he took his time listening to my concerns and never made me feel dense. he used different methods until we found one that worked for me. I felt very comfortable.

As a new patient waiting in line, a receptionist loudly asked for my personal information. I approached her at the counter and told her that I don't want to publicly share my personal information when other customers are present and don't appreciate her putting me in that position. Instead of recognizing my needs as a customer and rights as a patient, she said, "well, I'm a loud person." I did not appreciate her lack of professionalism nor did I feel respected as a customer and will seek an alternative.

My husband had a piece of wood stuck in his eye. They were able to fit him in on very short notice and we're very kind and friendly! They will get our business again!!

After getting a few pieces of metal embedded in my eye they took care of me quickly and they were very friendly. If definitely recommend them!

I care less is super nice very knowledgeable has been in our family for a little while now
