Dr. Schwartz saved my vision and I will forever be grateful to him and the rock stars at Albertville Eye care, the epitome of excellent eye care! I can't say enough good things about them. He is so incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, great with people of all ages, and creates a relaxing atmosphere for his patients. Shannon and Patty always welcome you with genuine smiles, are friendly, eager to help, and are stylist extraordinaires when it comes to optometry. During my annual eye exam in November 2016, Dr. Schwartz caught a microscopic abnormality in my left optic nerve--before he had even dilated my eyes. After months of tests and ruling out other things at the U of M, the doctors determined that it's an optic nerve sheath meningioma (tumor). Thanks to Dr. Schwartz's expertise, it was caught before any vision loss (the doctors were shocked as it's rarely detected before the patient has symptoms). After 29 radiation treatments, the tumor shrank a little and it only caused minor vision loss. I just had follow-up visits with Dr. Schwartz and my neuro-ophthalmologist at the U and my vision has stayed the same and the tumor has not grown. I am blessed! This would not have been possible without Dr. Schwartz and I will never be able to thank him enough for blessing our family with not only top-notch, hometown care, but for saving my eyesight (and more). Our whole family recommends Dr. Schwartz and the Albertville Eye Care Team! Our thanks to all of them.

Thank goodness we have this amazing eye clinic in our town. For the past 10 years, we have had all of our family eyecare needs met here. We have the best frames, and get the most compliments on them. We are always happy to refer our friends and neighbors to this community gem. As we are a busy family, I love the way that I can hop in as I am, even if that means I am still in my hair curlers;) Prior to me finding this clinic, we had my care at the Mayo and our kids' eye care done at Target. It has been so nice to find that there is no need to have to drive to the Mayo, nor waste our time at Target when we can have such superior care to both right here in town. The frame selections are top notch. Everything from Oakley, Coach, Swarovski and so much more. It is ALL here!!!

I have been to a few different places in the area and Dr. Schwartz is the best. I had concerns with contacts that another doctor provided and they told me my eyes will just get used to them. I went to Albertville Eye Care and they found a solution that worked for me and allowed me to wear my contacts all day without issue. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Albertville Eye Care.

Picked up my glasses & was rushed out the door with no evaluation. Went back the next day for them to correct my brand-new crooked glasses--received minimal assistance & was told my eyebrows are crooked lol! Will not be back
