Whoever answered the phone was very unsympathetic to my broken eye glasses problem, i was immediately told that my last exam was 5 years ago and they could not assist me unless i scheduled an exam?? So apparently the new management is not the same as b4, i was appalled how rude she was on the phone

Everyone was friendly and easy to talk to from the get go! The doctor explained everything in a simple and easy manner, and they assisted with me trying on frames and purchasing glasses! 10/10 would recommend and will be coming back for sure!

I was with my daughter when she ordered her new glasses from Jacquie in the Anoka store. It appeared that Jacquie was struggling to read the prescription and she mentioned that the bright sunlight in the store bothered her. Well, as it turns out, she didn't send the prescription to the lab correctly. My daughter has been waiting 6 weeks for her new glasses now and I was in the car with her when she was speaking to Jane about the whereabouts of the order. I know that I could not have been as calm, patient, and understanding about the way she was treated and the wait as my daughter has been. Needless to say, it has not been a pleasant experience for her. She will be submitting her own review once she gets her glasses.

I'm a little upset at this place. I feel like they treated me like an ATM machine. The office does not have good management. Nobody can tell you the cost of things.

Couldn't be two nicer guys at the front desk really. The doc is pretty cool alot better than Walmart exam pretty different there.

I really enjoyed classy look of this place! The waiting area was very clean and so comfortable. The staff and Doctor were so friendly and made sure that everyone was well taken care of in a very efficient manner! Very nice! The Doctor was very thorough and knowledgeable! I'm impressed after my experience with 3 other optometrists through the years and 3 different states. I would recommend Marsh optical to any inquiries immediately! The only thing that I didn't appreciate, was that I was not made aware of the fact that my pupil dilation would cause my vision to be so blurry that I couldn't read! And next time I'm going to ask my husband to drive me home. That drive home was pretty scary. Anyways, with just one misinformed incident, I'll still be going back

Our entire family of four have yearly eye exams & purchase all of our glasses & sunglasses through Marsh Optical for several years now & we highly recommend them! Excellent customer service from both Jane and Dr. Layman through the years. If a mistake was made we were compensated with a discount & made sure that the situation was corrected and that we were satisfied. Very knowledgeable & personalized attention from Jane with help picking out frames is always welcomed & much appreciated! If we ever felt there was not enough choices in frames at the Anoka store, we were referred to their Coon Rapids location for more variety. We enjoy supporting small businesses that offer excellent customer service and great products, so 5 stars from our family goes to Marsh Optical of Anoka for providing this!

Fantastic experience! They took such great care and time with me. The entire time they made sure I understood what was happening and why. New to contact lenses they invested in me making sure I understood what to do when to do it and how. Got new glasses as well and they took the time to make sure I got the perfect glasses. Excellent experience!
