Clinic. Address= a problem! WEST County Rd E, or you star in a Twilight Zone episode where instead of an eye exam you land in a New Brighton residential cul de sac. 2 drivers from 2 taxi services have ultimately taken me there despite my efforts to fight the power. Google!, fix? Staff@ clinic say patients must reschedule all the time because they go to the other end of the street, ~20 minutes away.

Doctors are great. My daughter has MA insurance because she has multiple serious health issues. Apparently they accept her insurance for exams, but not glasses. My daughter was looking at them, and she asked the attendant how much they were with MA. He asked and demanded to see her insurance card. Handed it back to her and ushered us out of his area. I said aloud that we did not necessarily need to use insurance for her glasses. He might as well have taken us each by the arm and thrown us out. I bought 3 pair last year from them. They will never see any money from us for glasses again.

Customer service was repulsive. He was pushing people through. Didn't do any measurements. He would tell people, "here, these frames are good" and pressure you to get you out of there. This occurred with the people in line before and after us. The regional manager was incredibly responsive to our call. When we returned (to a different location, como park location), Kip, was expecting us and treated us like royalty.

They building design is ridiculous. The employee entrance is the only entrance with signs making it look like a main entrance. The doors the patients use are on the complete other side with no signs or even hours posted on them. Anyone walking by would assume it's an empty building from that entrance. Buzzed the employee entrance because I was confused and the lady who responded was rude. She just kept saying it's an employee entrance without giving me a chance to speak. I told her I don't know ho to get in then she proceeded to explain but sighed and very notably showed attitude. Never coming back here again.

The retail store is the worst! I went after my appointment and found sunglasses. I have a medical condition that I need glasses for. My RX is low and the lady helping me told me that I did not want my RX in them. That my RX was to low to be worth it. She said your taking the glasses as is. I said no I want my RX in them with everything. She got mad at me. I hate peoples making choices for me. I then got so uncomfortable that I chose to not get my regular glasses there she got pist. Today I went to pick up my sunglasses and looked at regular glasses. With a new lady there. I found some I thought I liked. While I was thinking she made fun of my glasses I have by saying they are good but we can drink better. After I asked her to see how much the new ones would be. I said ya idk she got mad and stormed off. She also did not adjust my sunglasses. I could not wait to get out. Don't go there to buy your glasses

The opticians are fine, no complaints. The experience I had with their retail glasses people was horrible. They would get one star on their own. I selected frames, they measured me and had lenses manufactured. My Rx hadn't changed, but my current frame was coming apart. When the glasses came in, I tried them on--the left lens was perfect, but the right eye lens was very blurry when I looked to the right. They checked the lens and said it was correct, then checked my current glasses and said it was the same. I cannot explain the difference, but I do know the difference between clear and blurry. And not just a little blurry...I couldn't read a stop sign at 20 feet. They remade the lens. Today I tried the new ones. Same thing. They couldn't explain it, nor could I, but they kept saying it was that my Rx that was wrong...except that it was the same Rx as both my prescription sunglasses and my broken frame glasses that are crystal clear. They refunded the $ for the lenses and I took the frames to get the lenses made elsewhere. So far, just bad luck, right? Then, it occurred to me...what we hadn't checked is where the middle of the glasses (the spot they measure to see if they're correct) is in the same place in relation to my nose as my existing ones. So I headed back over. The lady who'd been dealing with me asked me to talk to the supervisor, which I did. I was told that "We've made them twice, and the problem is with you, not with the lenses. We're not going to make them again." Me: "I understand, but if the center of the progressive lens isn't in the correct spot, then as I look to the right, I'd see the edge of the correction and it would be blurry. That's just a measurement issue, right?" Her: "Whatever, we've given you a refund for the lenses, and we're not going to remake them." Me: "So, in other words, 'Who cares what went wrong, please just go away.'" Her: "I'm not saying that." Me: "Then what are you saying?" (Long silence.) Me: "It's exactly what you're saying... Okay, I get it. I'll go away." I left. As I was getting in my car, a woman came out and said "She wasn't very nice to you." I heartily agreed. Maybe I'm being unreasonable. For $650, should you be able to see out of your glasses? I know I'll never do business with their glasses store again, although I'll still go back to my eye doctor there.

It's a nice eye clinic. This is much better than their old location and the staff are wondering. Really quick and efficient. Lots of parking. Be careful of Google maps though, it may direct you to new Brighton.
