Fairmont Medical Center Eye Clinic,Dr. R. Friese

The optometrists there are great people that know what they're doing. I've been going there for 10 years and only have had one complaint. When I was ordering a new prescription the lady, not a dr, made a typo that screwed up my lenses pretty bad. After waiting 2 weeks with no glasses I waited another 10 days. The receptionists are nice, so are the ladies ordering your frames and lenses but they seem a bit overworked. Through no fault of their own. No issues since then. 4 stars

Can't get thru to make an appointment, Verrry poor customer service. Alway's says, 'We can't accept calls at this time, call back later' Ughhhhhh!!!

0 should be an option. My wife went here for a contact eye exam. For the last 13 years, I've been able to set an appt up and get my script in one visit to any eye place I went too. I always order my contacts online. After 4 weeks with weekly appointments, I had to go somewhere else because he was a terrible Dr. He is mean he's rude he talks over you and because you are not a Dr. you don't know what you are talking about or what's best for you. I would highly recommend no one ever see Dr. Freise. Pretty sure he is running an insurance scam to get more money out of them for no reason. He gave me the wrong script that were way off and then kept trying to change my prescription when there wasn't a problem with my old prescription I hope I hope I can save someones time and money by reading this

I got rushed into choosing my first pair of glasses so the employee could go on lunch break. I was told they would be ready in 13 days. I came back 16 days later and she said they were being finalized and would be done by Friday. I called that Friday and she said that she never told me Friday, and was rude. Here I am going on 3weeks still no glasses! The receptionists are so rude!!

The staff is very friendly and Dr. Friese does a good job making sure you know what's going on.
