The spring in the right arm of my glasses broke off early this morning. A very nice lady at Midwest Family Eye Care repaired them free of charge. She was a lifesaver as I need my glasses for work as well as everyday use.

It took them 5 days just to get my lens prescription which I already knew. The attitude got worse as the conversation went on. There's lots of optical places so no worries but wont give a dime to this establishment
