Friendly staff, great exam. Just don't buy anything. I spent $500.00 on glasses. Within 24 hours, I realized I could not afford such lavish frames. Called to cancel. Was told lenses already being processed. I had to pay $130.00 "restocking" fee. Yea right....

been going here for probably like 8 years. front desk staff are nice and inviting, quick to answer phone calls and to call you back if they need to inform you of anything. even when I lived 20 minutes away from mound I still would make the drive here because of all these reasons. thanks guys! :)

I had an after-hours weekend eye emergency. I called, the doc on call called back quickly and saw me that evening. Made my eye feel instantly better, gave me a protocol to help it heal quickly, which it did, and checked in it again 2 days later. Dr Bryce was very accommodating, friendly, and effective. Thank you!

The "free" exam was $139, they failed to tell me this before I left the office, maybe because I didn't purchase from the few selections they had in store
The glasses that were allegedly covered by my plan we're going to be $400.
They may be better off just saying they don't accept vision plans
When I asked if my documents could be emailed they said they don't have email? Find this hard to believe in 2021.
