Pequot Eye Center

Ordered glasses and contacts in December before Christmas, no calls or voicemails so I called on January 15th to get an update, they said they were in on the 6th and that they called (they didn't). Went to pick up, they only had the glasses and said they didn't order contacts because they wanted to make sure I liked them before ordering, they were the same brand I've had and ordered through them for years plus they already gave me a 5 day box in December when I originally ordered them. I had them put in an order for 2 boxes of contacts. Pick them up a week later and they only gave me 1 box and it cost nearly as much as 2 boxes did last year. Basically, waited a month to get lied to and spend more than $100 on a single box of contacts.

They give you a year warranty and your prescription is only good for 1 yr. You bet use your warranty as soon as possible before your prescription runs out. I spent over 500$ on glasses I will not be going here ever again

I have been very fortunate to have had Dr. Todd as my eye doctor in Park Rapids since 2008. Last year, he stopped traveling to my area, so this year I made the two-hour round trip to his Pequot Lakes eye center for my annual exam. The facility was top-notch, and so was the service. I'm the type of person who likes to support my local small town, but Dr. Todd has been absolutely incredible over the years, and I'll be making the drive to see him next year for my annual exam.

Horrible customer service! My glasses were not the correct prescription and they really had no urgency to fix it or cared! But they were happy to take my $655 payment. I returned my glasses within 3 days and good luck getting your money back! It took me over 10 phone calls and messages and I finally I had to walk in to the office after waiting almost two weeks for the office manager to call me back. They also charged a 40% restocking fee for glasses that were never correct, not my fault! There was no I am sorry these didn't work, what can we do to make the right or any great effort to to fix the issue...and the office manager was rude, on one of the call back conversations when she finally called me back, she had the audacity to accuseme of swearing at her, I did no such thing! They finally offered another exam and possibly some reading glasses....but at this point I was done with this office due to the lack of care and customer service! Will not be back nor refer anyone! So much for supporting our small town office! Sad and disappointing!

The doctor has always been exceptionally kind but the front desk staff is rude every time I interacted with them throughout the years, most recently this week. There are ways to deliver messages kindly and they do not do that. I will be going elsewhere for eye care services going forward.

I would highly recommend going to Pequot Eye Center for your optical needs. Everyone is so friendly and professional. The Dr. was very informative and I can now see wonderfully. He's always spot on with my prescription. KrystaL Michaud was also very professional and patient with my questions and I left there feeling great about my appearance that she assisted in finding the style I absolutely LOVE! See you again next year, thanks again!!

Always a great experience. Great customer service and a great selection of glasses. Highly recommend supporting this local eye care center.

I have always enjoyed Dr Wiedell, I've been disappointed by his front desk staff on different occasions. She is not friendly and comes across rude. I've decided to go elsewhere for my eye care.
