Pierz Eyecare

Extremely disappointed with my experience with the Pierz Eyecare Clinic. Tried three different lens, (three clinic visits plus the initial eye exam visit), only to end up with glasses that I can NOT see clearly out of. Told to come back for another eyesight exam, which I can NOT afford to do. The eye doctor said he had time to recheck my vision at that moment but his office gals needed to leave so I would have to get an eye exam on a different day. Guess the doctor can't do his job without the office staff to help him. Paid for glasses I can NOT use. They won't adjust the lens without doing another exam. No attempt by the doctor to even compare the lack of clarity in the new lens with his exam notes. They handed me the blurry glasses and said they needed to leave for the day. Total lack of concern about the situation. They didn't even offer free lens cleaner for my old glasses to soften the blow. Totally frustrated. Went to Costco and was treated with respect and kindness. They checked my eyes, ordered glasses, got them quickly in, spent time making sure they were a good fit and that my vision was clear. The cost was almost half of what the Pierz Eyecare Center charged me. I have better glasses at a lower price. Thank you Costco!

Wow! What a great experience here! The office is very accessible and scheduling an appointment was easy. They offer great service and honest advice about your eye care needs. She was not pushy at all and helped me figure out what I needed without making me feel pressured to just buy the most expensive product. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
