I give a 3 because the dr was great. However, office staff couldnt get my right insurance and went with generic Medicare. which is minimal benefits. next in ordering my glasses I couldn't pay the difference to have progressive lenses.and couldn't have trifocal ( because they didn't use my Medicare C Plan) now I have the worst pair of glasses since I was 9. the bifocal is tiny and in the corner it is in my perifrial vision when I look out straight. I already have mobility issues I'll be on the ground more than on my feet. DO NOT GET UR GLASSES THERE. Get ur prescription and take it elsewhere. Ive had way better experience with walmart .

I have had the worst customer service. They make glasses weaker then they should be forcing you to come back. Try making appointment they put a note on file no appointment. Cheap frames cheap service. They are fired Wal-Mart hired people took care with a great attitude as opposed to we screwed up but it's your fault cuz we are lazy. Save your money. Cs get degrees

I get my glasses elsewhere because of numerous medical conditions with my eyes, but I stopped in to ask if they would adjust my glasses anyway. They did and did so with a smile. I offered to pay but was told no charge. Nice place and nice staff.

I highly recommend the Pine River office ! Tammy goes above and beyond to be helpful ! Amber is very friendly, doctors are awesome.

All of the eye doctor's in here are wonderful with children, especially Dr. Marvin! In fact, all of the staff here in the Pine River office are great!
