I've been bringing my kids here for many years! Dr. Russell is great with them and has identified issues causing my daughter's headaches. When readers didn't help enough, we did eye therapy for a few months through this clinic and her eyesight was completely fixed! It's now been two years since then and her eyesight is still great. My son needed readers and has ADHD. His eyes were struggling to keep focus (like everything else in his body) and Dr. Russell's assessment of how to help him honestly changed the trajectory of his school success. I trust this place so much and recommend it to everyone needing an eye doctor!

When I was about to cancel my appointment due to fear of being out of network. They reassured me I was in network, and I continued with my appointment. I later received a large bill (close to $500) and a $200 allergy eye drop prescription. When I called to question the bill, they told me to call my insurance company.
They were not apologetic and did not take any accountability for the misinformation given to me.
They later charged me $35 to send (fax) my records to an in-network eye clinic.
This clinic is not trustworthy. I recommend the Albany Eye Clinic.
