This is the first time that I have been to this Eye Doctor and found that the staff there are very friendly and helpful and easy to talk to. Even though I was the last person to be seen for an eye exam, they still took the time to understand my eye needs.
I am very excited about my new contact that I ordered and can't wait for them to show up. The doctor was even just as excited as I was to get my new contacts and that made me feel really good about the choice I made to go here.
Overall, I would recommend this place to everyone.
The only thing that I noticed was that their selection on glasses really don't match what I am looking for. They are to hip and trendy for me. But that is just my opinion about that.

If only it was an actual small business like it used to be. My kids and I waited hours to see an online doctor. Had to reschedule one of them because wth not waiting more hours and the poor employees. Now neither of my children have their contact prescriptions. The place shut down and then didn't reopen when they said they would. What a joke
Edit : I'll move it to two stars because really the ladies up front are great. I did go back in but with little choice. I see what you did there with your reply though. Clever. Insurance doesn't care if I like it. Since my kids already did their contact exam there, they had to do the new contact fitting there as well otherwise we'd be paying for a whole other exam and fitting. Now have to go back a third time to get the "finalized" rx for contacts and can go somewhere else. I do think the two people that work there are amazing. It sounded like the Cannon Falls employees were also great. So my review is for the company and how it's ran. Thank you.

It had been almost 3 years since I had my eyes checked and I was not looking forward to it. Getting my eyes dilated was one of the biggest issues, but to my surprise they had a retina camera that was used instead of dilating your eyes. Everyone there was so enjoyable to interact with and so helpful I actually had a great time. I can't wait to get my new glasses.

Ordered contacts. Waited 2 weeks and never heard anything back. Kept going there, but they close for a ridiculous amount of time for lunch, the only time I can be there. They used to be closed Thursday, back open Friday. Didn't realize now they are closed Friday. Called 3 weeks after waiting. Said who I was, why I was calling and she asked if she could call me back, then hung up. No call back. Went to location a month waiting, was temporarily closed and tiny sign said to call cannon falls. They had details and asked to call me back in a few minutes. Never did. What a joke. I already paid for them.

Pretty good selection of frames The exam was very easy and they were very good about making certain i was as comfortable as possible throughout, especially for the eye drops(both the numbing and the ones to dilate your eyes... Which are still affecting me so attribute any typos to the fact that i cant really read this yet lol)
