Very uninformative, no explanation of what is wrong with our vision (near sighted or far sighted, astigmatism ect.) Told to pick out frames with no explanation or cost or what insurance covers. Two visits, 3.5 hours, $200+ (with insurance), and have 2 pair of glasses that dont work.

DO NOT BUY OVERPRICED GLASSES AND CONTACTS FROM THESE PEOPLE. Chey argued fervently with me that she cannot release MY medical records to ME with a medical release form unless I personally come in to the office and she personally witness me sign the medical release form. Very very SCAMMY behavior from an optometrist to force people to order their vastly overpriced products. NEVER in my life has an eye doctor LIED AND made it INTENTIONALLY DIFFICULT for me to get my OWN prescription.

The visit was very thorough with great employees that was friendly. They explained everything before doing it. Dr. Steven was polite and kind.He explain the exam and the results. The ladies that helped with picking out and assisting with my new glasses was absolutely the BEST! The office staff was just as terrific. My only complaint would be the wait after my arrival was a little lengthy.
