He actually is an awesome eye doctor and I recommend him to anyone..very thorough and does his job actually.

They are friendly, however, their friendly demeanor can't make up for their lack of attention to detail which put me out of $500 dollars and resulted in a product I didn't pay for. They gave me the wrong initial prescription wrong for my progressive lenses. They stated I would receive a full refund within 90 days if the product didn't work. When I asked for a full refund, they refused. My final product were single vision glasses, which were $500 more than the product I was getting because they refused the price difference refund for the progressive lenses which gave me migraines. They also gave me a final product which were not the frames I had ordered and were a completely different color. Because I moved out of state after the initial appointment, I had to drive 3 1/2 hours round-trip two separate times to receive a final product I did not pay for. I'm disappointed by their lack of attention to detail, their inconsistent customer service, and unprofessionalism. If you do use Eye Care Associates of Monticello, I recommend taking pictures of all your initial products, requesting a written prescription after the first visit, and recording all conversations with staff as it is a one consent party so that you have documentation to back up any claims of mistakes they make on their end. I will not return to this business, and I will not recommend it to friends and family in the immediate area.

My husband and I were warmly and professionally greeted. After we completed our paperwork, we were taken from one room to another for a complete, in-depth examination. Each employee was friendly and professional, taking the time to carefully explain each phase of the exam. Each one recorded the needed information as they worked. The doctors were also very professional, friendly and thorough. Their explanations of the results of both my husband's and my examinations were easily understandable. Great folk. Took time to do the job right. Listened to me. This was my initial visit with them and I intend to bring any future eye care needs to them. Very thankful for a productive visit.
