I have been going to Dr. Shackelford since I was in kindergarden and i absolutely would not go to anybody else. He is very patient and calm and so is the staff. Except this last time i went the front receptionist customer service were not up to standard and was always on the phone (personal phone) and acted like she didnt want to be there. but overall i would recommend!

First time ever giving a negative rating to anyone..ever! Worst service received. Office manager was rude and condescending. I wonder if all senior citizens are treated with the same disrespect that I encountered. Asked for the doctor to call me back and hasn't or won't. The story is told there. I was made to feel like I did something wrong and they took no responsibility for anything. TRASH. They deserve 0 stars.
