The receptionist was very nice, polite, & professional. The biller was a little rude. My flexible spending car was inactive when they attempted to process it so I asked if I could call them and pay on my way out. She said NO you have to pay before you go back. As an established patient with no balance and only a $10 copay, it shouldn't been a problem.
