Ozark Family Vision Centre

This place is fantastic! We have tried many different clinics. This one is the best so far! The Dr and the all ladies at the front desk made sure my 6 yr old son's vision was taken care of! Made sure he was comfortable, and explained everything very thoroughly! Definitely would recommend!

Be Careful!!! I called and stated I have a referral from my doctor to see an Ophthalmologist, I asked if they have one on staff. This woman wouldn't answer that question but asked what I needed to be seen for. I told her the problem and she said they can see me for that. Our call got cut off and a different person answered. I told them I need to make an appointment with the ophthalmologist and this different person said we only have optometrists here. Were they going to see me and bill me for an appointment that I didn't need since I already have a referral? IDK, but I was clear that I don't need to see an optometrist and she was going to book an appointment for me anyway without telling me it was with an optometrist.

They lied about the price of my contacts and doubled it. Rude girls in front. Didn't tell me they were not a network provider for my contacts. I'm going to Walmart.

Made a apt for my son two months ago... called today to make sure it was still on and at the right time for them to say oh we don't accept his insurance sorry. Okay thanks for the call I almost drove 30 mins out of my way to make my older kids ride the bus to grandpas house for us to get there and you tell me nope sorry we don't accept his insurance. Wow. Maybe a call the day before or week before would of been nice to let me know. Definitely don't recommend

I've been very happy with their service and professionism for about 10 years. Dr. Pierson is excellent, as is Dr. Bowling. The assistance by the tech who helps select the frames and specific lens types, Andi, is one of my favorites. Molly and Michelle are always friendly and efficient. All of the staff exceed my expectations!

Love this place! All staff are so nice and helpful. Dr. Antle is the best. If you have questions, she will answer them and tell you the best thing for you. If you are having g issues after your first visit. They encourage you to come back.

TERRIBLE! Definitely need to find somewhere else. I called September 11th to make an appointment, and was told it'll be a wait as they had been booked until November. Fast forward to appointment day. Go to check in and was informed that I was never scheduled, and that they wouldn't accept my Medicaid anyway. Horrible rude staff. Won't be going back there ever.

Disappointed, waited over a half hour to be seen after my scheduled appointment time. I asked politely if they were running behind and got a response "we don't have a room." Why would you book me if you couldn't accommodate me. I will take my business elsewhere.
