Had to replace my frames because of loose earpiece. While putting my lenses in frames, they scratched Both lenses. Have to order replacement lenses. They took NO responsibility at all. Nor apologized for doing it.

If you need glasses or an eye exam, this is the most friendly place around with phenomenal service. You can absolutely tell all the patient matter so much to the staff. The frame selection is wonderful although it the hardest part of getting glasses .

The staff seemed friendly, but I took my business elsewhere when they couldn't even answer my question. All I wanted to know was if they took my vision insurance plan. I called two days in a row. The first day I was told to call back the next day. When I called the next day I was put on hold twice for over ten minutes total, spoke to three different people, and still didn't get an answer. This is basic stuff and shouldn't have happened like this.
