4/19/2022 is my appt I called twice prior to this appointment to find out about what's cover under self pay without insurance. I have an issue with my eyes and never been to this place ever don't even live in same town. The first time I called the billing department was not so rude but I didn't feel I got exactly what I needed to know so I called yesterday to make sure the amount I needed to pay so I made sure I had enough and what all did that amount cover and I was told well we have a lot people like this come In and say oops forgot my wallet and then never pay. That's rude to me that was judging me and insinuating that I was a dishonest person when I'm was already being honest about I needed to know or I couldn't do this appointment. Any new patient without insurance would ask the questions I asked. Like does the amount cover the 3 hour visit u said I will be in or is each Lil thing extra what's the range in prices for testings. I have the right as a patient to say sorry I can not do this today due to lack of funds or not knowing what was going to happen. Telling me I had to pay for everything up front when the Dr has not sent me and noone knows what's going on. Unappreciated and didn't even get an apology. Will not recommend this company nor this place. Made me feel small because I was not rich

Dr Parelman did an excellent job. He's great! The office staff.was caring and knowledgeable. The surgery nurses kept everyone laughing. It was a great experience.
