Above my insurance, I paid $200.00 for progressive lens glasses. After coming back a couple of times, getting my vision rechecked, and being spoken to like I was a child that couldn't understand. I was finally "allowed" to switch to a tri-focal lens. After months of going in and out of the office because the vision to see a computer screen and papers on my desk were still blurry, my eyes were not adjusting. I asked what to do and was told I needed to see the doctor again. They were able to fit me in that day only to call me 20 minutes before the appointment to ask me if I would be okay letting my 5 year old granddaughter wait in the waiting room because the doctor will not let her go in the room with me because of covid. I reminded the lady that covid has been over for years, that I work the same hours they are open, and asked if she could just ask the doctor. I was told no, he's not going to allow that. Frustrated, I said I was done with this and wanted a refund. I was transferred to the office manager, and I believe the doctor's wife. She rudely informed me I was not getting a refund, that I only paid for one pair of lenses, and they made two. I said, "You're right, but I can't see out of either one. She did not care. I don't typically leave reviews like this. What they did and put me through was wrong on so many levels. What I wrote is just the overview. I DO NOT recommend anyone to do business there.

Dr Newcomb is a little bit of a panicky doctor, he looked at my mom's eyes and told her that she was going to lose her driver's license. Granted she is in her '80s but she is very capable of driving during the daytime anywhere she wants to go. The last time he saw her he immediately sent her to a specialist in Columbia who then told her that this was not something that was serious that was something that would take decades to actually cause her to lose her driver's license. She will not return to this eye doctor, and is looking for a new eye doctor.

Called to schedule my annual appointment this morning. I was notified they had dropped Blue Cross Blue Shield vision. It would have been nice to know that back when they dropped it maybe a phone call or a card in the mail. After several years of being their patient. I think this is a bad way to treat people you should give them fair notice to find a new optometrist. I certainly wouldn't refer anybody to Marshall Eye Care.

Wonderful and friendly staff. Was worked in quickly for a serious eye condition. The Dr. was both compassionate and honest about the treatment options. Even though this will be a possible long process, I am confident in his care. Highly recommend!

I wouldn't take my dog here. I took my daughter there for her appointment. The reception area was busy gossiping instead of doing their job and the "Dr" didn't listen to anything she said. The whole visit was a waste of time and yet they charged her $113 even though i told them we had insurance anyway. What a joke. I am sure they collected the insurance AND took our money.

I was lectured like I was a child. Came out of there with trial contacts that were worse than my 5 year old prescription. Staff was extremely friendly but the Dr. was harsh. Will never go there again.

Very pleasant staff..Doctor listens very well to my needs ..everything explained very good
