The doctor and the staff were outstanding!! I have never felt so welcome in a doctor's office. My questions were answered they were patient with me (because I forgot my hearing aids) I have already bragged too three of my friends and their wives. And gave them your office phone number. I took my five-year-old son in today to get glasses, and the entire experience was amazing! The staff was extremely friendly, patient, and made him feel completely comfortable the whole time. They were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly -- from the eye exam to helping him pick out the perfect pair of glasses. It's not always easy keeping a little one focused, but they did an excellent job! You can tell they truly care about what they do. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality care and a great experience for both kids and adults.

They Were able to get me in and take care of all my needs in a very short time line. Everything worked like a fine tuned machine. From the front desk to visiting with the doctor in very little time. After a thorough exam and consultation with the Doctor I was promptly taken care of by a knowledgeable and helpful assistant named Salena that completed my visit just like it had started. Dr.Wilcox was amazing. He took the time with me and explained everything to me about my exam and problems. GREAT bedside manners. His nurse is also extremely kind and thorough. Last but not least is Felicia whom helped me with finding frames and ordering all the add-ons I wanted. Felicia makes going there fun!
**The one thing I wasn't happy about is the ladies at the front that have to check you in for your appointment. They sit in their chairs on the phone and completely ignore you, no eye contact, no "be right with you", nothing. A nurse saw me and other patients at the window and that's who helped us check-in. I found that unacceptable and rude. Hints 4 stars instead of 5.
