I recently visited Neosho Eye Care, and I have to say, I am thoroughly impressed! The entire staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. The office has an inviting atmosphere, and you can tell they truly care about their patients. The appointment was quick and efficient without feeling rushed. Dr. White was very personable and made the entire exam process smooth. If you're looking for a knowledgeable and friendly optometrist, she is waiting to see you at Neosho Eye Care! Overall, I highly recommend Neosho Eye Care for anyone in the area. Whether it's for an eye exam, glasses, or any other eye care needs, Dr. White and her staff will take excellent care of you! Five stars all the way!

Love this place. All the doctors are so great. Wyatt was wonderful and very patient and friendly with me and my mom. Dr. White was so personable and knowledgable and answered every question fully and where it was understandable! The receptionists are awesome. Such a great team!

I went to Neosho Eye Care for the first time yesterday. I wanted to try a different place, and I'm sure glad I did. I've been to 3 different eye doctors in the last 10 years. I was always rushed through the process, after long waiting times. My experience with Neosho Eye Care was totally different... I showed up a few minutes early and was in to start my exam without having to wait for 5 to 10 people in front of me. Every person that I had contact with here was professional, friendly, and courteous. I could tell that they value their customers. Dr Gardner was very patient with me, answered any questions I had and explained to me what kind of glasses were best for my needs, not trying to sell me something that I didn't need. After my consultation with him he introduced me to Raven and Tamera and they made sure I got the correct glasses, paying very close attention to every detail. I highly recommend Neosho Eye Care. My first visit with Neosho Eyecare was great.i thought they were very nice. I later brought in my prescription sunglasses that I bought from 4 state vision in Joplin a few years back. I just wanted my lenses replaced with the new prescription. They had me sign a waiver that they weren't responsible if something should happen to the frames. I never thought anything would really happen, so I signed which was a big mistake on my part! They called me over a week later and said the frames snapped when the lab was trying to get the old lenses out. I asked them if they could at least give me good discount on new frames since it was the labs fault. I knew I had signed their paper, but doesn't making something right regardless matter anymore? Evidently not, so all I can do is tell my experience by a review and I'm stuck with no prescription sunglasses anymore. These were very important for me to wear because I work outside frequently. I'm so very upset and disappointed in Neosho Eyecare. I really thought they cared, but it evidently was just an outward show. If they truly cared, they would have made this right. This is so wrong! Neosho Eyecare, if you were in my place, you would expect the same service as I am expecting if this happened to you. If you choose to do the right thing and make this situation right with me, then I will willingly give a new better review. If not, then this review remains.

Really unprofessional and unpleasant. The machines were all dusty and barely working the day I went. Eye exam rushed. And I had my 70 yr old mom with me who also had an appointment and they completely harassed her and screamd at her claiming she owed them from last time which wasn't true as you can't leave without paying. They even tried to tell her that she couldn't leave and tried to hold her hostage. I don't understand how anyone could treat an old woman like that especially one as nice as my mom. Don't go there go to a more professional and honest place and def don't go to a place that'll try to illegally hold you there. They honestly needed the police called on them but my mom was too nice. Oh to top it off they saw her review and were childish enough to harass her further with a note about it. They really need to grow up and learn how to.properly run a business.

After my eye exam in mid December (when the eye clinic was in Pineville), I was told to wear a trial pair of contacts for a few days, and then call and they would order my contacts if I liked them. I was unable to get ahold of the eye clinic, because it was moving to Neosho, and was "closed for the holidays". Once I finally got ahold of them in the first week of January, I was informed that they had billed the wrong insurance, and didn't even show my optical insurance when I very specifically gave it to them at the time of the exam. Once that was taken care of, they ordered my contacts that I didn't get until February 10th!! They finally got my insurance correct, but said I owed money for a past visit for my child. The last time he was seen was in 2022! He has been in the military and is stationed in another state since he turned 18 in 2023! When I questioned the money owed, they couldn't find what it was for, and hopefully don't try to charge me for it again! The people who work at Neosho Eye Care were very nice, however nice only goes so far. I went somewhere else to get glasses 3 days after they ordered my contacts and got those in just over a week, not a month. Thanks for your help, but I will go somewhere else to save myself the aggravation and headache. 04/30/2025 I received a letter from the 4 states vision express telling me that because I left a bad review that they were terminating our "doctor-patient relationship".....umm....Thank You!!!! I also feel it is strange that since I posted, there have been over 15 more reviews, when I posted, there were only 2 others, and no good reviews! Kind of tacky that when they are called out for poor service, and over charging, that they would drop a patient instead of trying to do better! Thanks for the headache, and Thank you again for letting me know all 4 Eye care businesses you are involved with so I know who NOT to use.

The Dr's and staff at Neosho Eye Care are top notch. They really care about their patients and do their best to make sure you are comfortable throughout the visit. From scheduling, to check-in, the exam, to getting glasses is 5 star all the way. The office is also very clean and a home like atmosphere.

After my eye exam, I was told to select frames and when I asked the price of the frames, as they had no price stickers, I was informed that I owed them money. I had no idea why. When they were in Pineville two employees told me that my insurance paid for my glasses and I owed nothing. My insurance explanation of benefits said I owed nothing for the glasses over one year ago and that they had paid. A woman came in the room saying she was the administrator of all the eye care clinics and I wouldn't be allowed to leave unless I paid her $120 and that the employees who told me I owed nothing no longer work there. She said she had sent me multiple statements over the past year. I never received a statement and still live at the same address.She was rude and implied that I was lying. I felt like she was trying to intimidate an elderly lady. I'm 70 years old. I said I would call my insurance from my house to find out what was correct. I left without ordering my glasses even though that woman tried to keep me from leaving. I don't think I will ever trust them enough to return. My advice, go to Dr. Shurley or America's Best. They will be honest with you and give you a receipt.
