I have Medicare that pays for the exam because I am diabetic. I asked if I would have to pay anything for the exam. I was told that if they done a regular exam I would owe nothing but If the Dr done anything more I would owe $35.00. The exam went well & the Dr didn't do anything else as far as I could tell. No drops in my eyes, no other equipment, just a usual exam. So I thought I would owe nothing. OH NO! They said I owed $35.00.When I asked why about 3-4 more staff came to the window like they expected trouble. They said there was a part of the exam that Medicare wouldn't pay & I had to pay that amount. So when I checked in & asked what I may have to pay they had lied to me. They knew I would be charged the 35.00 because it was a part of the eye exam. What a scam. I'll never be back. After reading more reviews it seems the staff lies to people a lot. Dr Fast senior & Dr Fast junior has to know what's going on. SHAM ON YOU!

To put it simply I feel cheated. Dr. Fast has been my Dr for as long as I can remember. Since I was a kid. My insurance only pays for an exam every two years and that has always worked in the past. Until now. Now my prescription is only good for a year and they won't renew it for me without another exam. Now I have to fork over almost $300(including the cost of the actual contacts) that I really can't afford just to be able to see until next year.

I went to get my glasses and immediately noticed something wasn't correct. I went back and Dr. Fast was kind and double checked, sure enough, one side was too strong. He fixed it for me and for the first time in over 10 years, I can see clearly and even better clearly at night. I didn't even know I couldn't see clearly until now I can. I have been other places and they never can quite get my prescription correct. Everyone is so kind and helpful and willing to go above and beyond to make sure they help you see.

Great Optometrists, beautiful office, and quality optics. Very friendly and helpful staff here. They do serve Medicaid patients, just be prepared for a smaller frame selection for that. Their premium frame selection is quite nice and you will walk out feeling good about your visits, your looks, and most importantly, your vision! I would recommend them to anyone in need of an eye exam or new glasses.

The Dr didn't look at my eyes at all didn't take the pressure nor look at the veins and its in my charts that glaucoma and cataracts runs in my family! Waiting over two weeks for my glasses to be told insurance won't cover them I said I'd pay. None of the staff communicate very well at all. They couldn't give me the script the night I was in there said the dr hadn't put the script in ( the script has to be put in to order glasses or contacts) absolutely worse place to get glasses. Go anywhere else to get glasses takes 3 to 4 days vs 2 to 3 weeks.

I've been coming here for my eye care needs for over 20 years. I started coming to Delton when I was just 8 years old and now I see Delton or Jeremy depending on who is available. The Fasts are consummate professionals and the entire staff is very polite and helpful. I've never had a bad experience.

They checked my prescription and that was all. No examination of the eye done, whatsoever. I told Delton about some blind spot and migraine issues I was having and asked him if he had any idea what was going on, and he literally beat around the bush and brushed it off. ON TOP OF THAT, I was out of contacts and was told the contacts I usually wear wouldn't work with my astigmatism anymore, so they offered to order me a trail pair and see if a different brand would work. THEY CHARGED ME $51 for a "contact lense fitting exam" when I never had contacts in...and never had my eye examined!!! I'm beyond upset and will never go back.

They don't have good service didn't check me very good and when I got my glasses in they said are they ok and didn't even try to adjust them. I will never go back to them because they have lousy service and bad attitude and bad service I won't recommend them to anyone bad service and bad attitude's Dr didn't even care if I had eye surgery before he said he didn't want to know. Don't go to this place for glasses
