Pineville Eye Care

It was a horrible experience. Dr White is good, but there is no price transparency, no price stickers on frames or anything else. The office manager is very rude and tried to keep this elderly lady from leaving. After my exam, she said I owed money from over a year ago. Of course, if I had owed last year, 2 different employees wouldn't have told me that my insurance paid and I could have my glasses. My explanation of benefits said my share was 0. That woman said I couldn't leave unless I paid $120 to her. I said that I had no idea why she thought I owed and she said she had sent multiple statements all last year. I live at the same address and never got anything from them. I risked her trying to prevent me from leaving and felt relieved when I got out of the building without being physically assaulted. If you decide to come to this place, insist on full price disclosure beforehand and considerate treatment.

Our experience was nothing short of amazing! My daughter and I had our exams kind of taken together so we could show her there was nothing to be scared of and it helped so much! The staff is absolutely wonderful! It's a great environment! The best part is that they actually seem to care!!! That's hard to find these days! Thank you sooooo much!!!!

They were fantastic.The staff seemed to care about the patients. They were honest and helped me pick out the pair of frames that looked the best on me. Dr. Gardner, is straight to the point and very concerned for his patients' vision. 2 thumbs up and 5+ stars

Went today for an appointment. Found out they closed and moved. No warning. No calls. About move or my appointment. Would been nice to know.

I took my daughter in to get contacts. The doctor was very standoffish and rude. Pretty much told me that it was important for her to have contacts for her sports. And how this wasn't the major leagues. Exact words. She made me and my daughter very uncomfortable. We both left crying. The receptionist was very sweet and helpful only if the doctor had the same attitude. I'm really mad that I wasted my daughters one year visit on this woman. In my opinion she doesn't deserve even a one star. If you like hateful rude doctors she is the one for you.

The ladies there are completely amazing. My husband and I both had our appointments today. The ladies greated us with welcoming smiles. They answered any and all questions we had. Definitely will be going back

My first exam here and I was welcomed with a smile and made to feel comfortable immediately. Dr was great. Very sweet and explained everything. Probably the most thorough eye exam I've ever had. I have found my new eye Dr!

Was great with my little girl and made us feel welcomed. My daughter was very comfortable with everyone we saw. Staff was pleasant and friendly.
