I chose this clinic for a vision screening based on its strong reviews, but my first visit was disappointing. While the facility is modern and clean, the experience was marred by a lack of privacy. I overheard an assistant discussing my medical history in the hallway in a judgmental tone, which made me feel uncomfortable for being honest about my health. Additionally, I was asked about insurance three times despite being a cash-pay patient. The frame selection was limited and lacked transparent pricing. I did not purchase frames here. Due to the staff's unprofessionalism, I won't be returning or bringing my children."
