The people here are friendly never had an issue with it. Getting the glasses is a pain and it's overly priced. Both my first pair and safety glasses frames broke within a few months. For some reason I didn't have a warranty even though I payed for one. On my second main pair within a year of my previous pair, they are also broken. Walmart glasses I had lasted three years no problems, probably going back over there.

Failed to mention that the visit wasn't covered by insurance. Being only a month away from qualifying for the visit. They could have mentioned this before the appointment. Tried to pressure into the appointment saying they are far out in scheduling and too reschedule, would be a long wait.

Untimely, unprofessional ,hard to work with. They're not responsible for breaking your glasses while adjusting and have successfully broken 2 pair right in front of me. Overall super unsatisfied. Won't be going back :(
