While I like the Copper Hinge, in my opinion the glasses and prices are fine, just nothing extraordinary. I'm quite impressed with the service though. Very fast turnaround on the glasses. Additionally, I recently broke my pair. Took them in and was told they'd be replaced at no charge, as they were under a warranty I didn't know (or forgot) I had! Got the call the next day to say they were ready. Excellent service is important to me, and that's what I got with CH. Highly recommended.

I don't normally leave reviews, but I've had such a wonderful experience I feel I would be doing them an unjust not to.
I bought a pair of glasses a few months ago and had to get them adjusted a couple times to get the perfect fit. They were kind and very patient. Julie is the absolute best and has outstanding customer service. When I picked them up, I met Jack for my final fitting. He went above and beyond and let me in a few minutes before they opened so I wouldn't have to wait until 11. (My fault for not checking the store hours before)
I love my glasses and this store. As long as I live in the STL area I will only get my frames from here. Thank you!!

My old glasses broke and I needed a replacement pair in a hurry as mine had to be sent to Denmark to be repaired and it would be up to 3 weeks. I remember seeing the glasses making machine in their window and thought, hey, I'll support a local business and get quick glasses for $95. I was there on a Friday and was told while it normally takes 7-10 days, but that they would try to put a rush and get them next week as i was in a bind.
This is day 19and I still don't have my $434 pair of glasses (yes I was told progressives cost more and take a bit longer, but still, c'mon). Oh and they have a strict no refund policy, even you contact them within 24 hours.
Next time? Lenscrafters for sure.
