Eye Clinic

Receptionist was very rude. She kept interrupting me when I was trying to explain that my son has private insurance but my foster child has medicaid. She just kept saying we dont take medcaid. I definitely won't be taking my son there

100% worst place ever ... my son has been going here for over 3 years . His insurance has always covered replacement glasses . I was polite as can be and the receptionists were repeatedly rude. They made me call insurance company myself to make sure , they have argued telling me he can't have new glasses when my insurance company said they cover because he is a child..... they never know what they are doing at this office. They forgot to call when your glasses are in they send them to the wrong office and they REFUSE To do THEIR JOB and talk to the insurance company to get authorization for coverage!! That is the office job .

This doctor has no respect for his patient's time he wastes. Every time my mother goes here it takes at least an hour for the doctor to see her for 5 minutes, frequently it takes over 2 hours despite her making an appointment every time. Twice she has still been there after the doctor left at closing. I would not recommend anyone go here ever.

I am from Fort Worth . I was raised in this area by my GMA I spent my summers with her.. we moved to Gravois Mills /Versailles to retire . I knew I would have to order the part to my glasses . I ask the lady at the eye clinic to replace the ear so I wear my glasses they are 300.O0 frames so affording a new pair Not possible . It takes 10 minutes to replace an ear on glasses. The lady at this Cheap eyeglass place refused to do it . She said she could do it Monday so I volunteered to come back . She said Well I will have customers Monday too. Schedule customers . They are important , first. I am just to busy . Now take it the only glass place in Versailles. I ask her what she needed me to do . She flat refused even to look at them . I will never set foot in that clinic again. In fact I so fed up with Versailles I may never go back .

Billed insurance and I paid 200 cash for safety glasses. Ended up leaving the job I needed the safety glasses for prior to getting them. They aren't issuing any refund what so ever. Dishonest practice

It's a pretty busy place ,everyone is nice the doctors knew exactly my eye type

A great experience and very friendly doctors and staff
