Outstanding Care from Start to Finish! Dr. Jarvis is hands down one of the best eye doctors I have ever been to. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The office runs smoothly, appointments are on time, and everyone truly cares about your comfort and experience. Dr. Jarvis is not only extremely knowledgeable and thorough, but also kind, patient, and easy to talk to. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure all questions are answered. You never feel rushed--only well cared for. The entire team works together like a well-oiled machine, creating a calm and positive environment. If you're looking for an amazing eye doctor with a great staff and top-notch care, I highly recommend Dr. Jarvis and his team. You will not be disappointed!

Dr Javis always takes time to answer all our questions and is very patient & kind. Our adult son is non-verbal not probably not the easiest patient, yet Dr Jarvis & his staff goes above and beyond to ensure C's optometry needs are well met.

This morning I woke up with my right eye completely blurry and it did not resolve on its own. My primary eye doctor I've seen for the past 4-5 years could not fit me in and told me tomorrow would be the soonest. I recently moved to the area and called this clinic to see if they could squeeze me in even though I was not a client of theirs. While they couldn't see me only because the doctor was out today, the receptionist who answered the phone was EXTREMELY kind, helpful, and genuinely concerned for my wellbeing. She is the reason I wanted to leave this 5 start review even though I didn't actually get to use their services today. She asked me follow up questions, voiced her concern over the fact that no one else was able to squeeze me in as it was an emergency, and overall was very sympathetic and kind. It was very comforting during a stressful time for me. Employees like her are rare and deserve to be recognized!

I have absolutely loved Dr Jarvis and all of his staff for my daughter eye and vision care. Dr Jarvis cares about his patients and takes his time with you. Any issues are handled immediately and prices without insurance are as reasonable as could be expected. I will never go anywhere else!

I loved my experience with Jarvis Family Eye Center. Dr. Jarvis was so professional yet took time to explain everything to me as if I were an equal. He took the time to really understand my vision problems and within no time had me seeing the world like I never have before. Due to my schedule, they fit me in at the last minute on a Friday and he and his friendly staff stayed 45 minutes late to ensure all of my needs were met. 45 minutes late on a Friday, and they were happy to do it! I highly recommend Jarvis Family Eye Center!
