Advanced Eye Care of Winfield

Have been here a couple of times for my children's eye care appointments and am very pleased with the staff, service, and selection! Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful. My son is pleased with the frame varieties and lens options. He even picked out some stellar prescription aviators this year. Totally recommend this office! I made appointment to to see the eye Dr for exam and prescription glasses. All went well and was told to pick up the prescription glasses when they called me. About 6 days later they called and said they were ready to pick up. When I got there they couldn't find my glasses. They said come back tomorrow. I left and about 10 minutes later they called and said they found my glasses. So I turned around and drove back to A.E.C and picked up my glasses. I struggled for several weeks trying to adjust to my new glasses. I was not getting adjusted no matter how hard I tried I couldn't do it. There was never a follow up call from them. I finally brought the glasses back in. They looked at the glasses and said it wasn't even my prescription. So now I'm back to wearing my readers for $12.00. I haven't heard back from them. I'm sorry, the receptionist was apologizing and was so sweet. It's been 4 days and no word if they ever found my glasses. Very dis appointing. I will update if I hear back.from them.

I previously went somewhere else for my eye care requirements and hadn't been satisfied. I went to Advanced Eye Care to support a local business. I had a great experience. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. There was virtually no waiting time either. My new glasses were ready in less than a week as well. I highly recommend Advanced Eye Care!

Dr. Mudd is always welcoming, caring and detailed in my annual exam. Last year I had a eye hemorrhage and Dr. Mudd got me in immediately, made the correct diagnosis and referred me to a eye surgeon that was also excellent. All turned out better than I could have expected.

Had my appointment Everyone was super friendly and my glasses were in in a weeks time for me to pick up.

Been going to this place since I was a kid and always have a great experience. The staff is friendly and and the doctors are always so wonderful and personable. They didn't rush me at all and made sure to walk me through everything and happily answered any questions I had.

They are good at what they do and they treat everyone with respect

This is the best place I've ever gone for my eyes.
