My husband and child have both had very good service over the last few years at the Chisago City clinic. Very friendly optometrist and helpful staff. Had a very easy time finding frames for an eight year old, with several size options for children. Although my plan wasn't covered here for frames/lenses, the cost for my child was reasonable. My in-plan option with Target didn't have more than one size option for kids (despite endless styles).

The lady was able to get me a perfect size for my new glasses, and I have a big head. Very straightforward process. They don't provide mailing services, but she offered to mail it herself straight to my school building. We shall see how my glasses come out

Given them 2 opportunities to fix my prescription and still very blurry. I was assured that I would not be billed for it. I was lied to. Instead, I cannot go back to my old doctor this year. Nor can I get new glasses this year. Total Eye Care have billed my insurance for my visit and glasses I cannot use!

I had to wait over a month for an appointment. I got called Saturday to reschedule my Monday appointment due to the doctor being ill. I called Monday and was told the first possible appointment for a reschedule is another month out in a different location. I understand things happen that are beyond their control, but that is absolutely ridiculous. Horrible customer service.

Horrible if I could have a choice where I'd go I would choose somewhere else but here because I have gone here for 2 years and still haven't found the right prescription. Have been getting headaches constantly every time I wear my contacts and everything is still blurry.
