Please beware of the business practices. I spent almost a thousand dollars and couldn't even get a copy of my prescriptions to take to another eye care business. When I called asking why the prescriptions weren't emailed to me, they claimed they sent them and were rude. I received no emails, and they refuse to send hard copy...stating HIIPA concerns. Go somewhere else.... anywhere but this place.

My husband and I have visited many many eyecare places and Laurie Family Eyecare was the tops. Exam was professional and accurate. The team of technicians and staff were incredibly helpful and was very accurate with our selections. Prices were so much lower then we have paid elsewhere. The people here are friendly, helpful and always pleasant to be around. The offices are always clean and tidy. The staff is always willing to answer any questions you have about your vision health. They listen to your concerns and about your own decisions on taking control of your lifestyle and healthcare. I have been going to Laurie Vision Source since 2003 and have only had a couple of problems, though it was not with Vision Source or the staff there, it was with Medicaid and Medicare (they only want to help pay for one pair of glasses a year and only the basic).

Have not been in for a while. I should do better with Diabetes and assuring no eye damage. I strongly suggest having the special eye test that determines vein condition of the eyes. Folks, we only have two eyes to last us our entire life. Take care of them. The test is the way to know, and the Dr. clearly explained and showed me what a test shows for vein problems and mine in comparison. They know what they are doing and it shows! Also, questions are answered so that I understand the answer! Good Folks Will do better on appointments!

This was my first visit. I was impressed with the Quality of the eye exam. The professionalism of Dr Brad Engelbarts and how he was patient enough to explain everything. The eyeglass frames are reasonable. Lenses are expensive but that is everywhere. In all I was very satisfied with the visit.

Had my annual exam yesterday and was very impressed with their Covid-19 precautions. Waited in the parking lot after calling them. They came out to get me when the exam room was available. All doctors and staff were wearing masks as was I. Everything was sanitized. Although I did not require new glasses I noticed that there were instructions that told people to put frames they tried on into a basket and not to return them to the display. Of course the staff and the doctor were always friendly and professional as in the past.
