They installed my prescription backwards and acted like it was no big deal... Just got them reversed. They lied about inspecting my glasses, which is obvious since they were backwards, and nobody figured that out. No discount, no apology... Go find yourself a place with integrity. This is not the place.

I don't like giving bad reviews to local places- I love to support my community- but I was truly disappointed with my visit. I had a confirmed appointment but the receptionist was surprised to see me. I saw three office staff that effectively ignored me for thirty minutes and gossiped loudly. I was about to leave when the doctor came out. I got a cursory exam- no glaucoma test and no offer for contact lens test, which I had indicated I wanted on my paperwork. The doctor himself left midexam claiming to "check something on your old glasses"- but I think he went to help someone else. He did not offer me my paper prescription but assumed I would buy from them- which I did because my current glasses are broken and I desperately needed new ones. No one offered to help me select frames. The technician was helpful with insurance estimates and was friendly (finally) at the end of the visit. So the staff interacted with me when they had to. Pros- office clean and nice selection of frames. Cons- absolutely everything else.

Failed to file my insurance. I wore my glasses for 2 weeks having severe headaches. Put my old glasses on and the headaches went away. Trying to call and no one answers. Went to the office where they had posted a note closed for lunch. No hours listed for lunch break. The 3 or 4 women sitting there looking at all of us waiting to come in.

The receptionist was very nice and helpful. Other than that I would not recommend this place. I had my eye exam and picked out glasses. They said it would be about two weeks. Five weeks later they said something got lost in the mail and I would have to pick new glasses and start from scratch.

Very unsatisfied with the lack of care and communication. I bought extremely expensive glasses from this place and can't even wear them. I had another appointment to adjust my prescription, and I haven't heard from them in 2 months.

Very helpful with getting new glasses, as well as helping me when coming in to get adjustments as I get used to them. Very helpful and nice.

I have United Healthcare insurance and they only accept for the exam and not the glasses but will cover contacts.

I was a bit nervous, no lie, do to the bad reviews, everyone here was extremely professional, helpful and kind. I would recommend highly
