My exam was pretty standard - I do think it was more thorough than eye exams I've had in the past. Alissa was super helpful in answering my questions and giving me the best options price wise. She also really helped explain how to maximize the benefits from my insurance (how much they'll cover for glasses, contacts, etc). My total cost actually for the visit actually ended up being cheaper than I expected when I'd reviewed my insurance coverage before the appointment. I'm grateful for Alissa's help! I also appreciate that before deciding on the contacts that would work best for me, I was sent home with a couple options to test; especially because the ones I expected to end up with didn't turn out to be the most comfortable option! I'm glad I tried both. I will definitely be sticking with AEA for my vision care moving forward!

I came in an hour early for my appointment, my mistake but was met with no attitude or issues being early. I came back for my scheduled time and was taken back for my exam quickly. The technician quickly ran me through all my tests, recorded the results and I waited for the doctor. Dr. Kimble was more than professional and friendly! He went over my exam results and explained in great detail!! Very impressed and definitely will be back. Tom Johnson

I had quick, professional and skilled care at the clinic. When I arrived, the front desk folks got me checked in and explained what I could expect. Colter, one of the technicians, then did some eye exams and explained what each exam was testing prior to Dr. Todd's arrival in the exam room. When Dr Todd arrived, he quickly evaluated the results and gaveme recommendations. He was professional, congenial, and seemed that he really enjoyed what he was doing. Five stars!

've had nothing but positive experiences at this office! Dr. Fink, along with the entire staff and eye technicians, are incredibly friendly and professional. They truly take the time to address all of my concerns and ensure I feel comfortable and informed throughout my visit. The service is top-notch, and I always feel well taken care of. I never feel rushed, and everyone goes out of their way to make sure my needs are met. If you're looking for a caring and knowledgeable eye care team, I highly recommend this office. They're a true example of excellent patient care!

Advanced Eye Care in Belgrade was great to work with. Everyone there was friendly and made the whole visit really comfortable. My eye exam was quick and easy, and they were super helpful when I was picking out new glasses. I left feeling taken care of and happy with the whole experience. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone in the area.

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and informed. Between the front desk to the technician to Dr. LeMay - everyone made sure I understood every step of the process. Dr. LeMay was very patient and helpful when it came to my questions and concerns and I left feeling confident with the care plan. Best eye care I've had!

Edited to Add: Upon being notified of the issue described below, Dr. Todd was very kind and quick to resolve the issue by providing the copy of the prescription. Highly recommend contacting Dr. Todd directly through the patient portal with any questions or concerns. The experience with front desk staff was a very mixed bag, from Kathy stating that I "wouldn't get a response for a week" since their office manager is out of the country when I questioned the legality of the decision not to release my medical records to Annie (?) who was wonderful and said that she would get us in contact with doctor Todd today or tomorrow morning at the latest. The Positive Experience The optometrist's care during both my initial exam and follow-up was truly fabulous. I was highly satisfied with the quality of the medical service provided. The Critical Issue However, I must take the clinic's administrative policy into serious consideration. When I requested a copy of my personal health information--specifically my prescription--the clinic refused to release it directly to me because, I was told, "it is out of date." This is a clear violation of FTC Eyeglass Rule (16 CFR Part 456). It was also not included anywhere in my patient portal. Inconsistent Policy and Detrimental Impact This refusal is further complicated by inconsistent policy: Weeks ago, I called and was told the prescription was expired, but it was verbally provided to me over the phone. Unfortunately, I misplaced that note. Today, when I visited in person to get the same information the clinic refused to provide it demonstrating a lack of consistent training at best. What is seemingly done under the guise of "patient protection" is, in practice, incredibly detrimental and potentially classist. By forcing a patient to pay for an entirely new exam and refusing to release an existing record, the policy negatively impacts those who lack robust insurance coverage or the immediate ability to pay out-of-pocket for a new examination and prescription. The clinic needs to review its policy regarding the release of patient health records, as the current stance prioritizes administrative rules over a patient's fundamental right to their own information and their ability to acquire necessary medical devices. It also stands in opposition to federal trade commission rules and regulations.

This was my second treatment for dry eyes. The first one lasted longer than expected. Thank you, Melissa and Dr. Fink, for gently and kindly taking care of my dry eyes with your Lipaflow treatment. Everything was explained to me thoroughly. I was very comfortable during the procedure and the soothing music provided was nice and relaxing!
