Why go anywhere else? Dr. Oswald and the team have always been so kind, fun, welcoming and efficient! From the time you walk into the lobby you are met with smiling faces and a positive attitude. All of them really care about each and every patient and I know that Dr. Oswald will sometimes even stay past hours or forfeit a break to see a patient in need. He's always very thorough with his diagnoses and makes sure you get the care/ products you need. Adding to that- the frame and lens shop is super thorough as well. They have a good selection of frames and lots of different options with affordable costs. I greatly appreciate that it's not just a sale to them. You really do get a full consultation including authentic advice for what frames look good on you/ fit your face and all options are presented. All of the assistants are very knowledgeable and an extra kudos to Amanda. She is very knowledgeable and puts forth so much effort to make sure I was informed of every choice/ package/ qoute and even offered her opinion on several frames and choices. Seriously, this place hits every mark!

We had a little trouble getting the right fit. Even had to get new glasses with different frames before things were good. The team kept trying until I was able to see and focus. I feel like my voice was heard and my opinion matters.

Were in the area traveling and my wife needed to have her new glasses adjusted such that it couldn't wait until we returned to Utah (she's in MT for the full summer). We decided to visit Precision Optical and were very happy with our visit. We were able to walk in and were quickly taken care of by both the receptionist and the optician. The optician (I apologize that I cannot recall her name) was very helpful and efficient and took extra care to make sure that not only were her glasses no longer pinching her head but that they were adjusted *correctly* so that she could see properly at all distances. She just graduated from single-vision lenses to tri-focals and this was critical. The optician did a wonderful job and we were VERY happy with our experience here. We didn't meet with the optometrist and cannot rate him/her because of that but the staff here is excellent. Thank you!

The whole team is fantastic! This is the best eyecare center around and would recommend to everyone. The staff is professional, knowledge and caring. Our family would not consider going anywhere else. Thankyou for being so awesome!

The wicked plague of Kepp is over and this place has returned to its glory we can all enjoy. I super recommend coming here for all your eyeball needs same great staff you know and love super nice shiny doctor that will soon see a breath of fresh air.
