Wonderful staff, accommodated me easily when I ordered my contact lenses, they went ahead and gave me a free trial pair because I don't have back up glasses. I was completely unable to see. Not only did they get me in fairly quickly, they had my contacts in within five days. The ladies at the front desk are terrific and helpful, and I'm so grateful I can see thanks to Glendive eyecare! I , too, I am several thousand miles from home. To find people this professional and kind this far away from home was wonderful

If I could give them zero stars I would. I was treated very poorly. I had issues with my glasses they told me that they had informed me that I was not going to be happy with what I had ordered.... no.. no they didn't or else I wouldn't have. I was then told to send them back I had to pay 60 more dollars to have them "fixed". They came back with no improvements. I asked for my money back and was told they don't do refunds. Horrible service, rude people, poor products.

Dr. Meyers diagnosed me with a detached retina and acted extremely fast and explained the risks of not acting quickly in great detail within 2 days I was in the OR with a dr that he had recommended and personally for in contact with. Great people who care and know their stuff ! Thank you all again
